Digital Marketing Executive

You will own how BDdevs Tech is found online, and run the same playbook for client accounts. That means SEO, Facebook and Google campaigns, landing pages, email and the reporting that shows what actually worked. We want someone who can defend a decision with a number.

What you will do

• Plan and run Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads campaigns within budget
• Do keyword research, on-page SEO and technical SEO fixes
• Manage Google Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics
• Grow social channels with a real content calendar
• Report monthly on leads, cost per lead and conversion — clearly enough for a client to follow

• You have personally run paid campaigns and managed a budget
• Google Analytics 4 and Search Console — comfortable reading and explaining the data
• Practical on-page and technical SEO knowledge
• Good written English and Bangla for ad copy and captions
• Bonus: Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, basic design or video skill
